Both of our updated villas offer La-z-boy leather living room furniture, higher end furnishings, quality mattresses, upgraded linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and cooking utensils, small appliances, refrigerators with water dispensers and ice makers, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets, screened lanais, wagons for easy carting to the beach, 2 backpack chairs, beach/pool toys, pool noodles, cooler and freezer packs, large beach towels, beach bag, koozies, outdoor showers and electric grills for our guest.

For the little ones, each villa has a pack n play with sheets, portable high chair, umbrella stroller and outlet covers

Our complex offer a large heated pool, rec room and laundry facilities in a couple locations on the property

We are walkable (1/3 mile) to the Stickney Point (South Village) that boasts restaurants, entertainment, refreshments, bike and golf cart rental and marina for parasailing, boat rentals, and fishing excursions. Siesta Village (the North Village) is 2 miles and offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

If wanting to decide on airports, Siesta Key is roughly 25 minutes south of the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, an hour and fifteen minutes south of the Tampa and St. Petersburg airports, and an hour north of the Punta Gorda airport (this is an Allegiant only airport).

Within 30 minutes you can enjoy downtown Sarasota and the marina, St. Armand's Circle and a short drive to Anna Maria Island. Just south is Venice where it's always a great day to find shark teeth.

Casa Blanca has a trolly stop, both North (across the street at Bay Oaks) and South (right in front of Siesta Dunes next door), right outside the complex. The trolley is free and runs on 30 minute intervals. Or, call one of the many ride share options.
